The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent leadership in the planning and execution of complex projects having major corporate fiscal impact through continuous improvement of our existing products, food handling, food preparation and speed of service.

BS in Food Science, related field or comparable experience. Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in food related product development/optimization. 5 years of QSR industry preferred and experience in QSR food safety/regulatory. Knowledge of food product specifications, nutrition and regulatory requirements.
